After their journey Across the Himalayas (documentary waiting to be released) in 2020, Jasper and Rashmita embark upon their another journey to the Himalayas while helping 110 children in education, but this time during the time of crisis.

After a year of filming in Far West Nepal and supporting 13 schools and capturing over 6000 children in education and with over 5000 clips of People, Places, Culture and Education, Mitra Films is collaborating with Fargfilm and Region Halland in Sweden to bring a new documentary. This documentary will be 40 minutes long and will feature the journey of Jasper and Rashmita from Himalayas to Africa.

We started to work on promotional videos and photoshoot of Fashion, Food, Products and Service Sectors. Some of our clients includes Cultural Wardrobes, Three and Four Star Hotels and Contemporary Restaurants.

We initiated a new project "Of the World". As it turns out, we enjoyed ethnical music, culture and dance.So, we planned to travel often for musical and cultural content to share it with the world. The project will include Sounds of the World, People of the World and Dance of the World. The videos and films is scheduled to be release after mid 2020 on YouTube.The main purpose of this project is to preserve and flourish cultural and ethnical music and dance in rural areas of the world. So far, the project is continuing in Nepal, Africa and is scheduled in more Asian countries soon.

An Extraordinary Journey was loved by youths and social activists all across the world. It was premiere in Africa, Australia, USA, Italy, Nepal, Sweden and other countries.The documentary set up a milestone for us as now we were sure that we wanted to learn more in film making and start creating more professional content. One of the shows in US also helped us get our first camera and other related equipments while other shows raised more money for us to charity shows.

We took a journey of 25 days, walking from Khotang to Everest Base Camp while helping two schools and 500 students with books, computers and resources. We also filmed our entire journey with a rented camera to create our first professional documentary.

We had some savings that would finally allow us to buy a camera but then there was the worst flood in Nepal. We used most of our saving there. But with a rented camera and our mobile phone we filmed our journey of charity in flood affected areas.

We had a chance to particiate at the International Youth Media Summit in Sweden.There we learned about film making from international youths, people involved in films for decades and other film enthusiasts. We also premiered EID : Purwa among delegates of more than 40 countries.

We collaborated with One Youth to travel four districts of Far East Nepal namely Taplejung, Terathum, Pachthar and Illam to support four schools with computers, books and children with stationery. We filmed the journey of 18 days with a rented camera and no prior film making experiences.
